Help,
I have to take a trip to NoCal and am looking to rent a Harley for 3 days and tour the area. Can anybody give me any pointers in finding a bike to rent or somebody to ride with ? I can fly into either SF,Sacramento or Reno. Thanks , Espo

No Cal ride. It is some of the most beautiful scenery that you will ever see.

I had planned to do the entire CA coast, but by the time I hit San Francisco I was SOOOOOOO tired that I knew it was time to hit that dreaded freeway for Seattle. But I did the PCH from San Diego to San Francisco. You're RIGHT about the beauty.

I planned to go back this year but things happened that got in the way. Next year is a FOR SURE. I may have to buy a new bike to do it with though to insure I don't get caught with any repair bills. I didn't pick the bike up until the middle of June last year, it sat in the garage most of the winter and I only took day or weekend trips this yar on it and it already has almost 20,000 miles on it.

Good thing I heded home when I did. The evening after my return it had snowed in the passes in OR.

Hope I can touch base with some bikerkiss types on my travels next year.

Espo, you can rent Harley's in either Sacramento or San Francisco. If you go to the HD website and click on rentals it gives you the numbers for both of these areas. I would post the urls for you but you know BK censorship.. so I hope this informations helps. Enjoy your No Cal ride. It is some of the most beautiful scenery that you will ever see.
